Deposits & Bookings

A non-refundable £30 deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.
After payment you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the salon address.

If the style you want is not listed in the categories, please DM to enquire before booking.
If your desired style is listed, please do not attempt to book via DM/email or negotiate prices outside the booking system.

Content & Media Consent

If you give verbal consent for photos or videos to be taken before or during your appointment and we post that content, you will not be able to request removal afterwards.
If you do not want photos/videos posted, please inform us before your appointment.

Important Notice

Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before booking. CASH ONLY is accepted for final payments at appointments.

Our Flexible Policy

Punctuality

• Appointment times may shift by up to 1 hour due to factors such as hair type, length, or previous sessions — please book when you have flexibility.
• There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes a £10 late fee applies.
• After 20 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited unless the stylist can still take you; if accepted, a £20 late fee applies.
• To cancel, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. We will reschedule within 2 weeks of the original date.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice require a new booking and payment of a new deposit.
